The app also promotes the advantage of REALTOR® education, and supports agent learning with video covering topics such as the forms of legislation that affect the product being sold or purchased by your clients. The Homeowner Protection Act, the Cannabis Act, the Residential Tenancy Act, the Environmental Management Act, the Real Estate Services Act, and the Real Estate Development & Marketing Act are just a few of the learning opportunities available with the app. HomeLife Advantage has also integrated sales training for the growth of your business, with concepts for client retention, open house tips, lead generation, branding, and client acquisition. The advantage of quick and easy access to forms related to your business such as Notice To Seek Independent Advice, Material Latent Defect Disclosure, and all regulatory forms can all be downloaded from the app, or emailed directly to your client. REALTOR’S® can also reserve the board room and/or the media room, rent video equipment such as the OSMO Mobile and microphones to improve your walk through tours or vlogs, as well as confirm floor duty schedules.
